Your First Time
Preparing for your first visit
Please plan on arriving to class 15 minutes early to park, check-in, and get settled before class. We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
It is highly recommended that you allow your meals ample time to digest and refrain from eating 30 minutes before class time
We recommend any valuables be left at home. We ask that you remove jewelry (rings, necklaces, dangling earrings) prior to starting class as it may damage the apparatus and/or snag on your body and cause injury to yourself.
Please arrive reasonably clean and free of strong smells of fragrance including lingering perfume, fragrance, and unpleasant body odor.
We recommend that students do not apply body lotions prior to class.
What to Wear
What should I wear for Pole Dance classes?
We recommend wearing tight shorts that expose the backs of the knees for beginners and the upper thighs for intermediate/advanced students. Wear a tank top with a sports bra underneath in case you would like to remove the tank top for additional grip. (Exposed skin helps the body grip to the pole) Wearing only undergarment (such as thong underwear) are not considered to be appropriate pole attire.
What should I wear for Aerial classes?
What should I wear for Groundwork classes?
We recommend any comfortable attire you may wear to the gym or to yoga class.
